I would like adresses to firms renting motorcycles and scooters.

Hi Kari – The Bodrum Bulletin created a car rental report. It doesn’t show which ones have motorcycles or scooters, but it does list out their email addresses, and gives a star rating. So you can email those local to where you staying and ask them if they rent them. Here’s the link.

Been to TG a few times and love the area. But in a few weeks time we are heading over to a few of the islands. Is there any decent parking near the ferry? I think it’s D-Marin now and they charge 15 TL a day and offer no long term deals. As we are away for 15 days, it’s not an attractive deal 🙁
Any advice?
Hello Ali … yes it’s the D-Marin, and it doesn’t surprise me that the parking is so expensive. I’m sorry I don’t have any information about parking alternatives in the neighbourhood. Maybe you could visit one of the Turkish Forums on this page:

One of our favourite destinations … thanks for posting such a great round-up, we can’t wait to visit again.
You’re welcome … we don’t visit here often, except on a Saturday to go to the market. And of course that means a visit to the local Belediye cafe for breakfast and coffee … there’s a new location for this Amiral Cafe and Restaurant … and I wrote about our visit there this week.
