Some of the major streets, sights and landmarks of Bodrum Town
Dr Alim Bey Caddesi
- Pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants, travel/excursion offices and foreign exchange kiosks
Cumhuriyet Caddesi
- Also known as Bar Street, this pedestrian street has restaurants and bars on one side, and the bay and beach area on the other.
Cevat Sakir Caddesi
- This main road that leads into town, past the market and towards Bodrum Castle, and has shops, businesses, foreign exchange and a few restaurants dotted along it
- The post office is located on this street
Ataturk Caddesi
- This street has a lot more local businesses (bakeries, property offices, chemist, iron mongers etc.) as well as local lokantas and kebab shops.

I would love to get a street map of Bodrum Turkey. How can I do this?
Hi Doreen .. there aren’t a lot of local maps giving in-depth detail, but the local tourist office and most of the car rental agencies provide a street map of the central Bodrum area.
