The best part of a Bodrum Peninsula holiday is a day on a boat.

There are many different boat trips available – so the world is your oyster. You can hop aboard a large party boat, with all alcohol included, that pumps loud music for the entire day, or you can choose a small quiet chilled vessel, that raises is sail, and goes where the wind blows.

Personally, a chilled day on a small boat gets my vote, and some of my most memorable days from holiday, are the days I’ve spent on a local gullet. All of the coastal towns and villages have a small harbour, where you’ll find a clutch of small day boats waiting to take you on a tour of local bays and island.
