A Day at a Bodrum Peninsula Beach

If you’re heading to the Bodrum Peninsula for a holiday, chances are you’ll end up visiting a beach, even if it’s just to sit at a beach-side table one evening, enjoying an ice cold Efes or bottle or Raki, as you watch the sun dip below the horizon.

The bays and beaches of the Bodrum Peninsula vary greatly. Some are sandy and others are pebbley; Some have large expanses of sand, others have small strips of beach surrounded by wooden jetties.

Most offer free sunbeds and umbrellas, although you may be required to order a drink or snack from the nearby cafe that provides them.
